I’m currently on the coastline of New Hampshire (all 18.5 or 13 miles of it, depending on your definition of coastline). At around 5:45 each morning, my dog and I take a walk and I take my camera. My dog focuses on scents, remarking his territory, and pooping. I focus on photos and cleaning up his business. We walk about 3-4 miles each morning. He rarely sits patiently while I test out different compositions of the same shot, yet he demands patience while he circles to find just the right place to stoop. It’s a dog’s world, to be sure.
What follows are some of those early morning shots. All shots are as taken, though they are a mix of the 24-90mm SL zoom and the 50mm Leica M mount.
