What other symbol is as universally understood among different cultures, nationalities, languages? I know this is risky territory. Easy to offend when not intended. To understate or overstate its relevancy. To fail to relate the complete history of the symbol’s use. I am not, however, blogging about the deeds or misdeeds of humanity while with the cross. I am only discussing the symbol itself. Whether Christian or not, whether religious or not, its symbolism is immense.
